Logic Analyzer Functions

To Set the Analyzers

To activate the analyzers function of the Logic Analyzer, press the button SP in the system panel. This button will display the analyzers submenu, which contains four options: parallel, I2C, SPI and CAN.

Set the Parallel Analyzer

To activate the parallel function in the analyzers softmenu, press the button SP .This option will display a softmenu, with five signal options: clock signal, bus A, bus B, bus C, bus D. Next, there is explained how to activate each of these.

  • Clock signal:

    To activate the clock signal, press the button PS in the parallel softmenu, it will turn green indicating that it is activated. To deactivate it, press the button again, and it will turn blue indicating that the clock signal is deactivated.

  • Bus A Signal Softmenu:

    To activate the bus A signal, press the button PS in the parallel softmenu, it will turn green indicating that it is activated. To deactivate it, press the button again, and it will turn blue indicating that the bus A signal is deactivated. When the bus A signal options softmenu is displayed, you can select the ones you want to activate one by one, or activate them all at the same time by pressing the button PS in the bus A signal softmenu.

  • Bus B Signal Softmenu:

    To activate the bus B signal, press the button PS in the parallel softmenu, it will turn green indicating that it is activated. To deactivate it, press the button again, and it will turn blue indicating that the bus B signal is deactivated. When the bus B signal options softmenu is displayed, you can select the ones you want to activate one by one, or activate them all at the same time by pressing the button PS in the bus B signal softmenu.

Set the I2C Analyzer

To activate the I2C press the button PS in the system panel. When the analyzers softmenu is activated, press the button PS . It will activate the SDA (Data) and SCL (Clock) signals. The upper part shows the data information for the 8 bits and the write or read information for the first data.
