Network Analyzer Functions

To Add Traces

It is possible to add multiple traces of different parameters within the graph of the current channel. To activate traces within the graph, press the button TP in the trace panel. Next, the trace softmenu will be displayed, with the options of: add trace and active trace. To add a new trace within the current graph, select the button TS in the trace softmenu.

The add trace option will display a menu with the S parameters to be added to the graph. Here you can select the line you want to add. Among the parameter options to be displayed are: S11, S12, S21 and S22. To add any of these, press the button corresponding to the trace: TP , TP , TP and TP inside the S parameters softmenu.

The traces will be added within the graph, with different colors, as shown in the following figure, where the four traces are active within the same representation of the Smith diagram.
